The first order came on time, but was just in a plastic bag inside a box and the lid had cracked all the way round 3 edges of one of the boxes. It was very sharp and some contents had fallen out of the box. The second box was fine. I emailed Amazon and let them know the problem. Within 10 minutes Amazon had emailed me back with an apology and to let me know they had reordered this for me again free of charge and that I could either dispose of or keep the originail. So extra value for money! My family love Goldbears regardless so I can't fault the actual product at all. Amazon has THE best customer service in the world. It's nice to feel secure and safe in ordering from a company who values it's customers and prides itself on maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service. 10 out of 10 :)

I just want to commend Amazon on their excellent customer service regarding this product. I purchased this item as a gift for my partner, i have purchased before so knew what to expect. However upon arrival one of the tubs had a massive crack in the bottom corner, leaving a gaping hole where upon sweets were falling out everytime the box moved. As the tub was a gift, unopened, yet still causing jellies to fall out, i did not think this was acceptable. If this was sold in a shop i would have avoided it, as would anyone. So i wrote to amazon explaining the sitiuation and they could not have been more helpful. They replied the very next morning- i sent the email very late at night - apologising prefusely and told me that they would send a replacement straight away. Even though only 1 box was damaged they still sent the original pack of 2 at no extra cost. They upgraded my delivery to first class, where as originally it was super saver, again at no extra cost. They also gave me the option of a full refund if i would prefer. I was very impressed with their customer service and will happily continue to shop with them. As for the jellies themselves, excellent product, as are all Haribo, with large quantity of sweets in each tub. Perfect for jelly/sweet lovers.

Fantastic Gummy Bears! Well worth the price, no damage to the packaging whatsoever, and the boxes came intact. I weighed the boxes individually, and in total it was just past 2500 grams, as it also weighed the plastic, so it's safe to say that each boxes content is 1080 grams. The gummy bears themselves are filled with that classic gummy bear flavor you know from Haribo, delicious. They're soft, and overall just a nice afternoon snack after lunch, or while you're watching a movie. Overall I give it 5 stars, and would recommend this. For the price it's a steal.

These were wolfed down by children in no time at all. Also used for science experiments to see how much they'd swell up in water. They grow to about 4 times their normal size, which is a fun and edible experiment for kids!

Ordered as a Christmas gift. Clearly a second as the label was not on the box properly. I won’t be giving it as a gift as the sweets themselves are stuck to the inside of the plastic tub so could have got wet or been stored too warm, but for whatever reason I won’t be able to gift the tub. A lot of money for a poor quality product
