I needed something to be allowed to buy some add on items and I came across these. I find it difficult to get hold of mushrooms and they make fantastic pig ears! With Macmillian coffee morning coming up and lots of cakes to bake I thought 1kg of pig ears would be fantastic. Am not sure they will make it to the cakes .... The have a great flavour and are all soft on the inside. I love them, my toddler loves them and I am sure my teens will "help" out with them as soon as they realise the packet is open!!! Much tastier than the supermakert brands

These are supposed to be foam mushrooms ......... they look like foam but the texture & taste is just like a weird jelly, it's most strange!?! The taste, although they have a sickly sweet smell, they don't have the raspberry taste. I'd previously ordered the Malaco which although a bit more expensive are far nicer, it's true that you get what you pay for!! I made the mistake of the emptying the bag into a tupperware tub before tasting them so I can't return them. Another lesson learnt!!
